Pre-Procedure Requirements

Please eat within the 4 hours of your procedure
 

I can not proceed and you will forfeit your reservation $ if I deem you are under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
 

Please do not ingest anticoagulants (such as heparin or warfarin), or antiplatelet drugs within 24 hours of your appointment

Please wait 12 months for a history of jaundice or hepatitis before you schedule your procedure.
 

Please do not ingest any medication that can inhibit your ability to heal a skin wound.
 

You are not a good candidate if you have any allergies or adverse reactions to dyes, pigments, latex, iodine, or other such products.
 

Do you have any hemophilia, epilepsy, a history of seizures, fainting, narcolepsy, or other condition that could interfere with the body art procedure?
         

You are not a good candidate if you have a history of skin diseases that might inhibit the healing of the body art procedure.

Do you have any communicable diseases (i.e., Hepatitis A or B, HIV, or any other disease that could be transmitted to another person during the procedure?

Do you have diabetes, high blood pressure, a heart condition or disease, or any other medical condition that could interfere with the body art procedure?
